TERMS & CONDITIONS

Fees & Pricing

No refunds, no exceptions.

A deposit of $100 will be required when securing any booking. All fees are due and payable in full (minus deposit) on the day of the procedure. Prices include HST, are subject to change without prior written notice, and are correct at time of publishing.

Consultations & Bookings

A Complimentary Consultation is highly recommended prior to booking your procedure appointment. Procedure appointments can be made by phone or by e-mail, and a “Booking Deposit” of $100 is immediately payable to secure your appointment. Receipt of your booking deposit by The Good Geisha Inc. confirms that full information regarding our Terms, Conditions & Policies in the event of a cancellation have been provided to you, and are fully understood by you. An email confirmation will be sent to you 72 hours prior to your appointment, please add info@goodgeisha.com to your contacts to ensure you receive the email and it doesn’t accidentally go into your junk mail. This is the time to either confirm or reschedule as our 48 hour reschedule/cancellation policy is firm.

Cancellations & Non-Attendance

There are no refunds, no exceptions. Booking deposits will be held in the account only if at least 48 hours written and CONFIRMED cancellation notice (e-mail or text) is received. Clients who simply do not attend or who cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will forfeit their full booking deposit. Clients who do not attend their scheduled “included” Touch-up / Perfection Visit, or who cancel within the required 48 hour notice period, will forfeit their free Touch-up / Perfection Visit.

Guarantee

Procedural and skin types vary, as does the level of aftercare taken by clients. The outcome of any procedure can be affected by this as well as by the symmetry of the facial features, the skin type and tone, underlying blood vessels etc. Whilst every effort is taken to ensure the best possible result, we unfortunately cannot guarantee results. We will always do our best to rectify or adjust where deemed necessary by the artist to get the outcome that you desire.
